Fans for CPU Heatsink

I'm looking for 2 fans not too expensive to use on my CPU heatsink.I`m using the Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO with the regular fan but somehow my temps were reaching 75C @ ~80% load of the processor when it was running @ 3.8GHz. My ambient temps are quite high, like 30C so i decided to revert back to stock 3.4 GHz but temps are also high @ 68C at full load.
I was thinking (and so far are the only viable options in my area) about these 3 fans :

1. Fractal Design Silent Series 92mm
2. Arctic Cooling F9 92mm
3.Arctic Cooling F9 PWM 92mm

the size of the fans must be 92x92x25 . Any thoughts??
I'm opened for other suggestions aswell so just show me another and I`ll search it around here to see if it's available.
And by doing so, will it be any big difference in terms of temp?

PS: I`m willing to spend around 25$ for both, 30$ top.

why dont go with a better heatsink like True Spirit 120M or Gelid Tranquillo

Putting the $ after the number ??? where are you? We have no idea what is available to you without knowing where you live.

How long ago was the last time you cleaned your system? In some places it doesn't take long for dust to build up and increase temps... even dust on fan blades slows down airflow.

I just thought that adding a new fan to the heatsink would be better than any other cooler in the $25-30 range redface.gif

I cleaned it last week, and my room is not so dusty, but as I said the ambient temps are quite high. At idle time now it's around 45C. ( I'm from Romania)

I like my NZXT Respire Heat Sinks, I have the T40 and T20. My idle temp on my home rig sits around 10-14c and under load I'm around 34 -40c. Guess my rigs are weird w/ theit low air cooled temps (Also I have all the fans the cases allow).

I gave it a thought about selling this cooler I have right now, but I'd buy a water cooling sistem instead (Corsair H50,H60). Also I forgot to mention that the things inside my case are a bit struggled, no cable management so it's a bit messy inside, the CPU cooler almost touches the FAN from the side panel. At first I thought I should change the case, like get a better one with some additional coolers and the PSU position down.
But I'd give it a try with the cooler before changing the case.

@DarthBaggins , hell ye those are really low temps wink.gif
