Are people really moving their mice that slow? I am just really fast or am i missing something that would make my 1600 more like everyone elses 800?
Either way 1600 @ 6/11 and 500hz is what I am using right now. I get good/excellent across the board in the mouse tester.
Well then, I have to explain the whole situation!
The sensor of choice has two alternative and support lens values, be it 0.5x and 1.0x. Kinzu v2 uses 1.0x, Kana the 0.5x
There are many supported resolutions, but the ones chosen were 400/800/1600/3200.
The first 3 are fine in terms of general cursor tracking, though the 3200 resolution is very messy. For kana, 400 and 800 DPI use the above 800 and 1600 registry * 0.5x calculated. 400, is removed, and the 1600 setting = that messy 3200 registry. 3200 DCPI is interpolated off that messy 3200 value.
Leaving the mouse with functional 400-800 DPI. Benefit of alternative lens was IPS tracking speed, being 2x faster.
