Another Mechanical Rec. Thread

Thread Starter
Hey everybody, yet another recommendation thread. I've been looking for a mechanical keyboard for Gaming but, I do ALOT of coding as well and with no experience with mechanical keys been looking for help. I've been looking at MX Browns for them being an in-between but again I have no idea.

Build Quality is a top priority out of all, but I don't know If I would spend 120+ to import a ducky or filco or something
If I were to choose what games the keyboard would most be comfortable for I play FPS the most, but I generally play anything.
I don't care for LEDs but it they're there it's fine
Probably thinking for $70-80 range, there's wiggleroom but idunno

Current considerations:
Cooler Master Storm QuickFire Pro
Steelseries 6GV2

I'm open to opinions thanks everyone.

go for a quickfire xt over the pro, build quality is tons better.

browns sound like a good choice for you though. reds and blacks are great for gaming, but for coding i would imagine you would want some of the tactileness of browns/blues/greens/clears
