I don't think this will work out well for them.
For starters this effectively means they just made BF3's single-player campaign free, which, from what I've read, is an uninspired 7 hour affair.
On the other hand, this is an interesting way to not have to make demos, while still being able to juggle with some money on their bank account for 24 hours (or even more depending on how long they take to refund you after you requested the refund. Edit: I just read the full conditions and they will reply to you within 48 hours of your request to tell whether you fulfill the conditions and if you do then the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 days).
I don't know, but this sounds like one of those policies that is too good to be true and will soon be revised to impose some limitations. Edit: just finished reading the full conditions, yep, the last three conditions are effectively what I predicted. First, they probably won't support this policy on games bought during promotions, secondly they reserve the right to not accept refunds if they detect "abuse", whatever that means, and thirdly they reserve the right to change these conditions at any time.
