Thanks fragamemnon for clearing that up, I ended up just getting 7990. It seems like a nice card and I also got around $150 worth of games I was actually going to buy myself.

That said is there anything I need to know about drivers coliding, will this installation work?

1. uninstall nvidia drivers
2. remove gtx 295
3. install 7990
4. install drivers
5. recieve fps?

About a year

At op I wouldn't just uninstall the nvidia drivers I'd completely get rid of any trace of them just to make sure. Google how to completely remove nvidia drivers and you should find some nice guides
