I'm not sure why it even matters? Since BF4 isn't even out, most of what's discussed about the game is based on news anyway. Although, stuff like news, articles and interviews are still being posted regularly in this thread anyway such as the interview I posted only a few posts above the first post of yours I quoted.

Honestly, I'm not really even sure what you're talking about. Moving your main cannon in BF3 definitely isn't twitchy nor does it turn instantly and the mounted turrets on the tanks in BF2 were pretty easy and fast to aim as well.
And really, no Battlefield game has ever been realistic. Consider how much stuff you could do in any Battlefield game that alters realism, being bothered by something like tanks being able to aim too fast because it alters realism is just kind of silly.
