Moving motherboard to son's computer! Need replacement! :)

I am currently using a 1.2 GA-970a-UD3 and I will be moving it to my son's case to replace the DDR2 board that his 945 x4 C3 is running on. I would like to get a good replacement with at least dual x16 slots in case I want to X-fire later. I don't need any more than that really though. What would be a nice replacement for my computer?

I will also be moving the DDR3 1600 with it as well. I will be getting 8gb 1866 to join with the motherboard I purchase.

Edit: I do overclock as well. My 8350 is currently running at 4.6 at the moment. I will also be moving my 6950 to his computer as well. I was thinking of going with a 7950/7970. The 7950s are almost at the point I might be able to get two.

What is your budget?

Well, if it would mean taking off the video card budget I could probably just about any of them EXCEPT the Crosshair. So I guess up to 200 would be safe to say. I was looking at the Asus m5a99fx Pro r2.0. I have had great luck with Gigabyte boards but I see the voltage on mine doing weird stuff with overclocks.

I would say sabertooth r2.0, 5 year warranty and a beast of an overclocker...you can't go wrong with it. I know i love mine!

I'm not sure I need the extra slots though. So in a way I almost don't see spending the extra money. I it is a nice board for sure though. My friend purchased the Gen 3 Sabertooth with the PCI-E 3.0 slots. He has had great luck with it so far and it has a ton of good features. Thanks for the tips everyone. I guess I will have to button down and see what I can come up with.
