A friend of mine has a Samsung UE37ES6300 Smart TV. She has correctly configured and connected to the 802.11n WiFi. However, whenever she goes to use any of the apps, the TV immediately starts updating...apparently. I say "apparently", because other than a very obviously Android-based "infinite progress" widget in the top right of the screen, there is no indication that it's actually updating anything.

If anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears. This my first time dealing with a smart TV of any make, and I've no idea what normal behaviour looks like.

Many thanks. smile.gif
