Hello all,

I was hoping that someone would be able to give me a hand with some Razer product trouble. I've done a lot of reading and haven't found anything helpful so far. When I plug in my Nostromo Windows fails to download the driver.

I went into device manager and deleted the entry under "other devices". I then tried to reinstall and failed again.

Next I rebooted my machine and installed the driver/software pack from Razer's support page. This did nothing to solve the problem.

I uninstalled that driver and rebooted again.

Lastly I tried to manually select the driver and this is where I became stumped:


I guess it's dead?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

*Edit* It works with all other machines. I tested it on 3 others I have sititng around. (I dunno why I didn't try this earlier)
