Disconnect your PC from the Mains power and then hold down your case power on button for 10 seconds..Do this twice...No proceed to do a CMOS reset.

turned out ... i know this might sound stupid mut i usually on turn on the computer from the power switch ......make sure your power switch is on ..on the back of the pc....also ... take cmos batery out wate acouple of second and pray......

try this olord olord please let it work...and close your eyes...maybe do a promise i won't try and overclock anymore..and sorry if i do ...thank you..
