NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti fan making weird noises, stops when I kick the ground?

Alright people, this might sound silly, but I'm seriously having some issues with one of my fans. It stops for a few seconds when I kick the ground near the PC, so I just thought I needed to dust it out a bit. Bought an air canister, turned off my PC and dusted it out. Turned my PC back on- it's only worse. I'm out of ideas. Help?

P.S. It's definitely not the hard drive.

What kind of fan is it (blower or regular)? Its probably the fan bearing that's starting to give out (or is really filled up with crap). Is it a kinda clicking/scraping sound?

Something like this

If it is the fan bearing then it could potentially be fixed by oiling it and or replacing the C-clip.

See my guide for more information on that --> http://www.overclock.net/t/1088066/the-xfx-4890-post-2-year-reference-cooler-fan-bearing-service#post14523567
