Hi

I purchased the mobo from newegg as new amd install it with my old 2600k. It boot and got screenand set the overclock to 4.5ghz and it booted into windows and I installed all the drivers for the devices on the mobo and update my nvidia drivers to 326.80 beta. My system was running fine. I did get some bsod. One for clock interrupt and so I fixed that. The total system was working ffor 4 hours ..include ttime I went to the gym while it was still on. So when I got back and I try to play lineage 2 and I run the client and log in once the game loaded my pc shutdown and start doing boot loops and there is nothing on screen. No signal at all. Lets me include this for the whole time Iwad running 44.5ghz and the system work fine. My temp was 45c and when I run prime 95 I get 97 for 4 reading on realtemp. I got the h80i btw. I keep reseating it and apply small amount of paste. It keep showing 97c temp running the test. I notice the waterblock does feel hotter. I used to get 55c load on my replaced mobo. So back to the boot loop problem. I tried clear cmos. Using 1 memory stick. Using onboard videocard and take out my gtx cards. Switch psu. Did all that and the problemis still there. The debug code on the mobo is 15 and that is the last number before it reboot. Nothing on screen it seem like there were no dsignal.

I start to believe my cpu is dead or the mobo. I will set up everything with my old mobo see if that change anything..

Do you guys know what could be the cause s? Thanks for reading and responding

Can you answer this; can a dead 2600k cpu still power the motherboard? I.e. led light on mobo and fan on heatsink and fan in videocard spinning but no display on screen? Thanks
