Perhaps with your graphics card MSI twin frozr iii ~ it would run better?
I have the 660 ti PE from MSi and it plays EVERYTHING on ultra; BF3, Skyrim, Metro Last Light, ME3 and the list goes on and on. It is factory overclocked and an amazing card

Yea I think I might get a different power supply I realize now that a 600w is not really needed.

Your build is pretty much spot on, just remove the 830 and grab the 128 840 Pro or EVO series. Personally I'm not a fan on OCing on the UD3H board, depending how far you push it, the Extreme 6 is about 30$ more and I'd recommend that over the UD3

Edit: Checking on 660Ti prices, I'd stay on the 7950 easily
