ill wait for the game to come out, but my allgence is already sworn in(see below)
@OP my suggested list
WoW*yve already played
Guild Wars 2*you've already played
A few of my friends are liking FF14 reborn.
WildStar is the most impressive upcoming MMORPG, and my next bid, because the game is design specifically around hardcore game play, and hard core gamers.
WildStar is shaping up to the most impressive game of 2014, with developers whos experience and intent is to build a hard core MMORPG on newage ideas, and it plays to high skill and high APM.
I'm saddling up for WildStar with a few friends, and I suggest you check it out if you're looking for a refresh on hard core mmo game play.
For my suggestions.
Vindictus: Probably one of the most incredible MMORPG bids ever taken, its a rouge like dungeon runner that's based on skill fights and hereo mode will eat you alive if you're not skilled enough. ITs a brilliant combination of the old school diablo with instance dungeons and MMORPG elements,plus it playes to completitionists,
Its not so much mmorpg as it is a really well made single player game with mmorpg online play, but its my favorite rouge like of all time and my 3rd ranked game of all time.
TERA is interesting because its a traditional Korean hotkey mmorpg, standard quest deal with aiming mechanics instead of tabtarget, which is hella fun, and leads to some interesting game play.
Its my 4th ranked game because of how diverse and open the cahracters you can be are, none of the classes are race or gender locked 100% open pick a race pick a class, welcome to TERA.
Its free, lightly cash shop supported and its got some very interesting and hypersexualized graphics.
fun and interesting, and good time waster that allows you to play with some open world pk threat.
I love dropping people in my area because they came too close to my mobs or quest items hehe.
My biggest suggestion is of course WildStar, as I explained above.
hard core all in game play.
It has faction locking and a few restricted class ideas, but its putting an all in bet on cash shop free, sub fee, buy the box and gurenteeing the most impressive quality of any mmorpg ever made, and their effort and advertising and devspeak sneekpeaks are proving their interest in making it a high quality respectable mmorpg.
