Need help in overclocking.....

im not good in overclocking...but last time,i started a thread and found how to overclock my graphics card.....i overclocked my gpu's core clock from 810 to 840,n memory clock from 800 to 820(im nt sure whether its a good overclock,or a bad overclock).......but that time,i din play with the core voltage or power limit.....so,now i wanna try overclock the core voltage n power limit.....can anyone help me out????btw,i need step by step instructions.....im usin a 400w psu...its ok to overclock core voltage,power limit with this psu rite????

Which 400W Cooler Master PSU do you have? Generally, it's never good to overclock with a low quality PSU.
