[ChinaDIY] Ivy-E i7-4930K Review (everything as expected) - Page 17

When I said powered by AMD I mean that in 2 year most people will play game using an AMD GPU. And that is including the consoles.
AMD won't be the underdog anymore and it will have a different stand when negotiating with the game developers.

just for fun...build me a computer comparable to a NEXT GEN console for 4 hundy.

Most people with consoles have a pc anyways. 400 console plus 400 pc. why not invest in a 700 dollar pc?

That’s the way I’m treating Volcanic Islands and Maxwell (20nm), I can't wait, one is too soon, one is too late, aw hell, I’ll get both. smile.gif

Lol amd CPUs just can't compete with the extreme intel CPUs not even close. So unless Amd has had a major breakthrough which according to recent news say the past few years it ain't happening. Budget CPUs sure but not extreme. As for gpu's both Amd and Nivida always play catchup Nividia releases a gpu which is top dog than several months later amd throws its weight and tries to counter. Than Nividia beats it again and it just continues the cycle.
