Quick way to bin 4930K's is look at the VID. 3900 XMP on RIVE should net somewhere around the 1.2V range for a good chip. This current one is 1.192V VID at 3900. ( Auto offset voltages ) My first one was 1.232V. My awful one was 1.31V.
That said, raised VCCSA 2 notches, raised VTT 2 notches and VTT2 1 notch, and Vcore is at 1.235V now, instead of 1.2V. 50% LLC, instead of 25%.
Might be able to lower Vcore just a tad more for stability, 20+ minutes on SmallFFT and counting.
4.5Ghz @ 1.23V Load, good enough for me! Max temps on H110 67C
Update: Now doing 4.5Ghz @ 1.208V Load. Also lowered VCCSA and VTT quite a bit. Unfortunately still unable to boot DDR3-2400 even though this kit was tested at that speed on a 3930K before. Was however able to tighten timings down to 9-11-11-31-2T from 10-12-12-31-2T, 1T does not post...
