$190 budget for PSU/mobo crossfire 7950s?

I haven't made a final decision on crossfiring two 7950s. I want to determine the cost for a new PSU and xfire mobo:

PSU requirements:
1.) at least +12V@48A on single rail
2.) 4 x 6-pin PCI-E, my current PSU only has 2 and .

Mobo requirements:
1.) compatible with AMD Phenom II 960t BE Thuban AM3 and G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series DDR3 240pin
2.) have 2 x PCI Express 2.0 x16 slots in dual 16x mode.
3.) Good VRM cooling 8+1 or 8+2 phase design
4.) 2 x USB 3.0 slots and 4 Sata III ports

My budget is $190.

Cooler Master V850 is on sale on newegg which makes its cheaper then the V700 i was going to say was what you sould buy

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171079

Unless you are not from the US which in that case the V700 is what you sould try and find

Well then they did not do a proper in depth review

Its a dirt cheap HEC made PSU

If you dont know HEC they are a OEM from mainland china i call them the kings of crap becasue almost everything they make is crap

many of the worst units ever made like the old Thermaltake TR-2´s was HEC made

Just look http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page530.htm
