Network Monitor for Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

I just got Ubuntu 12.04 LTS installed on my old rig, and I need something like NetWorx to monitor how much data I blow through. Anyone have an idea?

How much detail you need? ifconfig will list data used on the interface since powering on.
