Derpidy-slow :

I see no jitter.

Done on a Zowie Swift, which I wouldn't consider the best hardpad ever - neither the most adequate for this specific mouse.

There might be no problem on 1800 dpi, or maybe the mouse pointer speed setting multiplying the 1800 by 0.25 hides it.

You're a bit wrong about the Windows mouse pointer speed. The middle setting is not 0.5, it's 1:1. Meaning that you were in fact using the full 1800 DPI. I think you're now using a 1:2, meaning 0.5 when you set the mouse speed to 1/4. Changing the mouse speed in Windows from 1:1 has a bad impact on the accuracy because software can't scale mouse speed perfectly the way hardware (the DPI in your mouse software) can.

Yes, I have.

I've encountered him several times in random pub games in L4D2, his reaction time and hand-eye coordination was seriously a sight to behold. He once played L4D2 with Chet Faliszek(Valve developer) and he accused Antero of hacking.

If you're looking through his youtube make sure to look at his older videos. Most of his newer ones are him trolling.

You should re-read my question as well. He asked if you owned it. You then said for how long; But you never offered any evidence or support for your previous opinions. You know, length of ownership isn't evidence g9x doesn't track as well as da2013.

What? I have no idea how you got from my post that I implied that there was a relationship between length of ownership and the mouse's ability to track. Stating the time frame was to let the other guy know that not only have I tried it, but that I've owned it for 2 years. Another person right below your original question even had no idea why you were asking me about length of ownership and sensor quality.

Don't worry, I'm using the right setting to get 1800 * 0.5 = 900, two notches to the left from the middle. That screenshot is for 1800 * 0.25 = 450, three notches to the left from the middle.

I have no choice but to use the Windows slider. I want something around 1000 dpi on the desktop and the mouse can only do 450 or 1800 or 3500 in hardware.

I use it on max settings 3500 dpi 1khz on a hard rough func.. No problems what so ever in real usage, if i try to look for the specific angel jitter, i see it.. But doesnt really affect tracking when playing.

What does affect is the Low weight.. So good.
I have been thinking alot about the Krait tho.. Maybe ill have to try it.

This is a late revision Abyssus bought just before the summer 2013, model number RZ01-0036:

So after spending some time with the Zowie, it's feeling a tad small.. What would be a good in-between between this and the G400? DA 2013?
