Xonar DX and Windows 8.

So, I come back with the same problem I had 'solved'.

I posted this thread a while ago:
http://www.overclock.net/t/1357889/xonar-dx-and-windows-8-not-playing-nicely/10

And it is happening again!

Last time I fixed it by upgrading my motherboard and CPU - although as I found out, I needed to keep my Sound Card out to let my 7950 breathe.
I just fitted a waterblock to my 7950, so I put my soundcard back in, and bang, same issues.

I have searched everywhere and I am at a serious loss with what to do..
Thanks for any help, guys!

EDIT:

I am uploading a video, it will go 'live' here http://youtu.be/mmMyVb28ZBg

when it is uploaded.. (my upload speeds are terrible..)
