Nvidia 6600 AGP Overclock

Thread Starter
I have managed to overclock my Nvidia 6600 AGP from 300/500 (core\\mem) to 420/570 (core\\mem). Using ATITool i have not received any errors. I only recei ved errors when taking my memory up to 572 which brought back down to 570 and have found it to be stable. I am wondering if the overclock of my core is a reality or not lol or is my comp just fooling with me. If overclocking an Nvidia 6600 an extra 120 mhz is possible then should i continue to increase core clock frequency?
thanks,
scott

i hope i get a good OC with my 6600GT... are there any pipelines to unlock?
No. The 6600GT comes in 1 kind of core and that's the 8 pipes 4 shaders style.

i dont think there are any pipelines to unlock on the 6600. i think there are only 8 correct me if i am wrong plz i would appreciate it. but u should be able to get a good overclock... if u really want a good oc get another gpu cooler other than stock cooler if u dont already... i have the Zalman vf-700 which is not as good as the vf-900 but my temps are about the same as others i have seen posted... this is also granted that my card isnt as near as much as a power hog as some others lol.
