My stock cooler came with my CPU hit the fan and stopped the fan for 10 sec and then my computer shut off

For that 10 sec could it have damage my CPU or am I fine

The computer can be turned and it works fine thou just worried if it damaged my cpu

Your 4670K is fine. As long as it had a heatsink on it, 10 seconds with no fan isn't going to kill or hurt the chip.

Thanks also the heatsink is the silver thing on the bottom of ur fan right?

And does Intel Processors have built-in thermal protection?

Yep, the heatsink itself is the aluminum piece. And yes, they do have built in thermal protection to prevent damage from overheating.
