Good nigth friends, I live in Southamerica, im about to buy a new gaming extreme Pc, my problem is the next:

I own 1 SSD Crucial M4 of 512Mb and 1 HDD of 1 Tb, since december 2012, couldn't build the Pc that time.

I got to use the HDD for the Pc on my current signature; is not longer mine, it's goin to my litle brother.

Now i'm about to buy my new Gamer Pc, 3930K + SLI GTX 780, i found that actually 960Gb SSD's are quite afforable rigthnow for 600 USD$.

What should i do?

* Buy another 1 Tb HDD: :
Spend just 90 $ on new 1Tb HDD. Higher (or risky) International shipping cost (Box Size, HDD needs more Foam).
But then i'd have 1 Tb HDD and 512Mb SSD, which im not sure how to use.

* Strecth my budget to the limit and buy a 960Mb SSD.:
Less International Shipping Costs. I'd have to sacrifice new Keyboard and mouse i planned to buy, sell the 512Mb HDD on a site similar to EBAY in my country "as used" and suffer the hassle of selling (security reasons). My Brother keep the HDD and i keep the new SSD 960Mb along with a equivalent Rig (yes, overkill).

* Buy nothing::
My brother keep the 1Tb HDD and I keep the 512Mb SSD. and use the money for other thing.
It would be a bit unbalanced since rest of Pc is overkill, then i don't know if 512Mb is actually enough room or i will finish needing more.

I would go for a 1TB or 2TB hard drive. With 512GB in ssd storage already, I can't see how you would need more. 128GB ssd + 2tb hdd is enough for me at least. Silly example is you really don't need 500MB/s read to watch a large movie normally lol. Use the money saved on hdd for other things.

I don't think you are reading the post with attention, i wouldn't buy another SSD of 512Gb but a 960Gb SSD and use it as main Disk with windows inside.

I knew exactly what you meant. Basically asking 512 ssd + 960 ssd, or 512 ssd + 1tb hdd, or just 512 ssd. Like I said, I would go the ssd + hdd route.

1T hdd or 1T sdd or 512 ssd : I think maybe I will buy 1T ssd and and sell the 512 ssd "as used" and give my brother the hdd.
