What Driver version are you running for your 7950? Also a 650w PSU might not be enough power socket 1366 is a energy hog along with the 7950. For right now lets assume that it's enough and focus on drivers.

Also what are your temps while gaming for the 7950?

65-75 on a i7 920 on air really isn't all that bad while gaming.

Well if your temps are correct for your 7950 65-75c that is well within acceptable range for that card 100c is the thermal max. With the other card installed as long as that is all you changed that would elimate drivers. If it only happens when the card is under load, it is a safe bet that your 650w PSU isn't enough to power you whole system under load. If you could get your hands on a bit bigger PSU to test that would be great. I am almost 100% sure you are under powered. Back when I was running a 650w and had a 6850 and I added a second card I would crash in games and it would restart. I upgraded to a 1000w PSU and the issue went away.

Hope this helps you out.

Cheers!!
