i5-4670k Can't change Multiplier

Sorry if I sound stupid, but recently I got my new build set up and I tried overclocking to 4.0 GHz stable but just a few days ago it started reverting back to stock 3.4 GHz. When I used CPU-Z and RealTemp it showed my multiplier had been reverted back to 34x. I was able to change the multiplier at the time I finished my build and nothing would revert back. Ever since I updated my BIOS from v1.1 to v1.2, the only thing I can change is the bus speed... I flashed my BIOS back to v1.1 but the problem still persists. Did I mess something up?

Here's an album of what my settings are and what I mean by "reverting".

Do you have Disable Turbo checked in the RealTemp - Settings window? These CPUs need Turbo Boost enabled within the CPU. When Turbo Boost is disabled, the CPU will run at its default speed which is 3.4 GHz.

Wow... I totally did not realize that I checked off "Disable Turbo" in my RealTemp settings.

Thank you SO much!
