Good luck for all the nominees.I remember someone telling Chaonoy on his thread not to post it anywhere else so he would be eligible for the MOTM. Too bad he is out.

It's on another thread so based on the rules it's out.

I see, it's on another site. That's understandable as it's not 100% promoting OCN only, so if it won it'd also promote the other forum that it's on.

Fair enough,

Well, I really don't want to nit pick here, but if we are going to disqualify people for posting their rigs on other boards ...

Paradox should be disqualified too: http://forums.thinkcomputers.org/showthread.php?367-Project-PARADOX-NZXT-Switch-810-Build-Log

His build log show "This case was originally Adam "ERAKITH" Wilson's", and on that other link, the posters name is also "Erakith".

I have nothing against Erakith, but I figured I'd just point this out since we have already disqualified someone for this.

It also brings up another question/point. What if you post your builds on sites like Facebook, does that disqualify you too?

Guys make sure to check out the better photos of Paradox in his log. The detail and work involved doesn't show well in the photos linked in the OP.

It is but it isn't. Yeah this is sort of a special case because of Erak's passing, but he did start the build under that name and while it was finished by someone else, Erak's did possibly disqualify it because he started to do the build on multiple boards.

Just pointing that out.

With the work KG has put into it, and the fact it was a different user... I would treat Paradox the same as any other second hand case.

It's a completely different log, different User, different mods...

I searched through a good few pages and picked the best ones I could find. Didn't go through the whole thread so if you or kgtuning can throw a link up to some better pics, I'll get them changed.

I think a bit part of MOTM that people are missing out on is the build logs. Having a well layed out log that shows how, and how long it took to build with some good quality pictures goes a long way toward getting votes in. There have been situations in the past with ultra clean looking builds that took a ton of hours to complete but because of poorly detailed logs, people thought they were off the shelf cases rolleyes.gif
