1st Time Build ~$2000 - Review and Suggest

I plan on building my own pc in 2 weeks or so. This will be the first time building my own computer. I also have some questions about my build

Case: Corsair 650D

CPU: Intel i7-4770k

Motherboard: Msi Z87-GD65

GPU: EVGA 760SLI/770/780 SC (Blower Type Reference Design) Not sure if I want a 760SLI/770/780

Ram: CORSAIR DOMINATOR GT 8GB

HDD: WD 1TB Black Edition

SSD: Corsair Neutron 120 Gb

PSU: CORSAIR AX860

OS: Win 7

Cooler: Corsair H100i

Keyboard: Corsair K70

Fans: Corsair AF/SP fans

Questions

Am I able to change the fans on the h100i? The stock fans don't match the all red color scheme I have in mind.
How many fans am I able to upgrade on the 650d? and what size are they?
If I upgrade the fans on my case, will I need a fan controller?

Yes you can change the fans on H100i, just unscrew them. You need 120mm fans for that

650D has a 120mm fan at the back, a 200mm fan on top, and a 200m up front.

You can mount 2 120mm or 140mm fans on top. 1 120mm or 140mm fan at the back. 2 120mm fans up front. No fans at the bottom.

The controller on board can control 3 fans, on switch controlls them all. Settings are low, med, high.

If i want 2 120mm fans up front, do I have to mod the case?

I'm sorry I couldn't find any pictures showing 2 120mm fans up front.

Here's a you tube video with 2 120mm fans up front:
