8350 + Streaming, need some info I cant easily find

Thread Starter
So im currently running a 8350, and i do live streaming via twitch, all in all, its working great, but im addicted to outputting a "perfect" stream, like ive seen other people more recently been able to (and ive yet to figure out how)

So I was wondering if anyone is running a 8350, and can stream 1080@ 60 fps, either via xsplit/OBS/something else, while not causing your cpu to be under 90-100% load the entire time, If some how? are you using dxtory/or something similiar? atm no amount of settings ive found can help, and if you are using a program i just mentioned whats the drop in cpu usage when you do use them (that would help me gauge what I need to do)

Ive been sadly considering moving to a intel based computer (which ive had questions about, but ill post them on the intel side)

Thank you for reading and your responses

With the 8350, people can do 720p @ 60 fps with the veryfast preset or 1080p @ 60 fps with the ultrafast preset.

To do 1080p @ 60 fps with quality similar to 720p @ 60 fps + Veryfast, you will need a 12-core Bulldozer or a 6-core Sandy Bridge.

1080p @ 60 fps + medium = 720p @ 60 fps + veryfast, subjectively.

personally ive done 720@60 up to medium presets, but that was about pushing it, but even going with a heavier preset I wasnt getting the output quality I was looking for, so I may need to switch up, unless someone has info regarding video capturing from the gpu having a big enough impact to make the jump up to 1080 at the same cpu usages

if you want 1080p 60FPS you need a seperate pc just for streaming and very good internet. but even than it will lag for most of your viewer.

im not running a cpu intensive game at all, the only the putting load on my cpu is essentially the encoding process (and from what all Ive seen before even building my current rig) amd processors match intel in this area

but I could never grasp how other streamers are getting a near seemless quality

the only real conclusion I was thinking of was dxtory, but i have a need for information before i go into that route
