A quick and dirty to 4.2 yielded 113 fps in the high benchmark. Seems like its CPU related. I'll try and push it higher to see where that takes me.

What's interesting though is that I just ran the CPU benchmark and got 28 average, which is low according to that bit-tech article. And theirs was stock, mines at 4.2

Maybe next time I'll be smart and disable vsync. Disabling that gave me 121 fps average in the in-game settings test. For whatever reason it was locking my framerate at ~71 with vsync enabled.
