Alatar, you save my day. It was the GPU Boost 2.0 to Throttle my core clock when it reached 80c. I adjusted temp target to 90c & fan profile to 90%. it shows 117fps from 100fps. Appreciated your comments & diagnosis of my problem. Also, to all the guys here. You guys are helpful. Anyway, still can't get thru 3DMark benchi as it gets restart. Maybe not enough juice for my CPU clock at 4.5GHz. Is 3dMark GPU or proc dependant? Thanks once again.

It's both sort of. If it fails on the physics test it's your processor otherwise it's probably graphics. Unless your ram is overclocked too.

I can't see what's the cause as it gets restart. I oc my proc, gpu core & memory clock but not ram.

Run some Prime95, makes sure that CPU is stable.

EDIT: Set the cpu to stock clocks. If you get through the benchmark then you've found your problem.

EDIT 2: Also where in the benchmark is it crashing?

Doesn't matter what you think - restarts under load are usual PSU issue.
Calculate your power usage, seeing your sig with 4500mhz CPU ; 5-6 fans 2*200mm ; H100 pumps and 780 SLI it seems logical to kick OVP from a 80a 12v rail. wink.gif

Give us the bios!
Even though you say they are the same I would like to put it into hex compare tool to confirm

edit:
Nvm found it on page 3 but did you really have to host it on dropbox instead of OCN? tongue.gif

I can confirm the bios does not match a gtx780 it is a plain mismatch actually.
That being said it isn't a match with the Titan either seems like a corruption giving things a positive spin.
