BIOS Update, now I only get one beep at system startup?

Thread Starter
I used to get a couple of beeps when I powered up my system, the beeps sounded "Good" as if they were confirming something was working, now I get one beep when I power on and the beep sounds like it is for an Error of some sort.

My Motherboard is a P67A-C43 (B3).
Here is a link to it from Newegg, the exact one I purchased.

I updated it using MSI's LiveUpdate 5 tool through Windows. I haven't changed any hardware after doing the BIOS Update.
Before updating, CPU-Z Showed my BIOS Version as 1.1 last updated at 4/14/11, now it shows up as 1.19 being updated at 8/1/12.

The system still works now, and there doesn't seem to be any real issue with it, but the extended single beep when powering on seems strange.
Is this anything to worry about? If anything, what could have went wrong? And what would the solution be?

My reason for updating the BIOS was because I've been getting occasional memory errors. One of the things listed in a few BIOS Updates was improved memory compatibility so I figured I would give it a try. I'm pretty sure that none of my RAM is faulty, and that my DIMM slots are also working alright, I tested each individually in every slot (16 times total for doing all of them) and saw the same errors on each test within seconds.

Here is the MSI beep codes (Link)

Sounds like it's probably just a successful boot.
