Water cooling kit enough for CPU and GPU loop?

Would this kit be enough to watercool a CPU and GPU loop? Is not what other parts would I need? Would a 240mm + 360mm be fine,

What CPU and GPU are you cooling and what's the ambient room temp when you are playing a game/folding/stressing.

I7-4770k and either a 7970 or a 770. I would like to overclock both of them, and the case I will be using is a corsair 800D. The ambient room is 76 F

Should be more than enough for a 4770k and a single GPU, even if you want to go extreme on the OC.

heck, realistically speaking I use an H80i water cooler, which is a 120mm rad, to cool my CPU and I get an avg temp of like 56c on my 4770k overclocked to 4.8 ghz. Rad stays at around 36c when I Prime for a few hours, but cores stay cool even with that small POS rad. Cores idle at like 28c, H80i idles at 29c. My ambient room temp is 72F, even priming now wink.gif
