New memory

Thread Starter
I have recently purchased and replaced my memory with 8gb kingston ddr3 kit. I am having stablility issues atm and have raised the ram voltage to 1.7volts. I was wanting to run memtest now but have not had to do so in years and I am confused on how to go about it. Can someone point me in the right direction as to which version to download from http://www.memtest.org/. Does it have to be run from a CD? The biggest USB drive I have is only 4gb. Thanks in advance.

The file itself is pretty small, together with BOOT part it should not tax that USB mem.
