I have been waiting for this so I could finally compare the speeds of this gpu to galaxies hof edtion and zotac amp edition.
honestly I would have thought the lightning would have had higher clock speeds. its lower than both other gpus I mentioned.
what is quality like of this lightning compared to others? I am not worried about the paint job at all. more wanting the highest overclocked out of the box gpu I can get. I know I can overclock whichever gpu I get. but to have one that is clocked very high and stable is good to know and have...

yeah but there is more to the cards than just the clocks. theres build quality, pwm, cooler, etc etc.

i had the 780 classy which was amazing, but now that it died due to water damage, i think i might go with this one. if only the inno3d accelero one is out already, i might have picked that one instead

This card is slated for a May 2015 release

Well this results are on a Power Limit of 109% due to MSI Afterburner. The Classified Benchmarks i have seen were on 119% and i even then the Card got throttled because of to high Power Consumption.
So i think the Lightning can do better, just need to wait for some better benchmarks... also from what i can read the guy did not really push the card anyway...

soon, MSI will release their 300% Power Limit BIOS...so stay tune...

I bow to your superior knowledge..........but..........I have to ask if such a value as 300% Power Limit is feasible on any graphics card..........unless using SS or LN2?
