Generally around 200-250 watts. At least that's what the 360 was. This new console? Who knows...I don't but considering the CPU is super low wattage I wouldn't be surprised if it's somewhere in the ~150 watt range.

With 8MB blocks x 4 I can see it being difficult. Especially for indie dev's and just dev's in general that don't have the experience/money/man power to do so.
ESRAM was a mistake either way it's looked at. MS shouldn't have cheaped out and should have just gone with DDR5...problem solved. There's no doubt Sony has the hardware in the bag this round, lets just hope they can STAY popular.
