psu for a friend

a friend of mine is building a new rig and needs a psu i was wondering if a Antec TruePower Quattro TPQ-1200 OC would work for his build he already has the psu laying around and just want to know if it will be powerful enough for his rig iv never build a duel cpu board or used firepro video cards so im not sure what kinda power they would need amd recommends a 450w psu for 1 v8700 i think it should be enough for his specs but just wanted to double check

system specs will be

ASUS KGPE-D16 SSI EEB
2x AMD Opteron 6348 OS6348WKTCGHKWOF
2x Noctua NH-U12DO A3
gskill F3-1600C9Q-32GXM 32gigs
2x firepro v8700's
1tb Seagate Constellation

It should be way more than enough. I mean, if the PSU recommendation is one 450W peak-rated PSU to power a system that has one V8700 in it (I've never even heard of a V8700, so bear with me), then powering a system that has two V8700s should only require a 550-650W peak-rated PSU because we're talking about the PSU powering the entire system, not just the video cards. Then, having two CPUs should probably increase that recommendation by maybe 115W for the 2nd CPU, making it 650-750W. The 1200W TruePower Quattro is a continuous-rated PSU, meaning that it should be able to deliver 1200W continuously if it's ever needed, so it should be major overkill for this.

I apologize for the big paragraph. I am usually good about knowing where to break off into a new paragraph, but I didn't see an opportunity to do that. Although, that's not to say an opportunity isn't there.
