Looks good. If you experience any surprise crashes just try small +0.005v increments to vcore and keep an eye on max temp (should stay mostly under 80f for a good balanced voltage / temp / speed).

edit: Looking at your "under load" screen I see Prime95 had just started. For a good idea on max temps I'd run at least for 30 mins if not 60.

Looks good. You can bring down you idle vcore if you want since most run around .950v-1.00v.

To do this you would need to set a negative offset to decrease you idle. Once your idle vcore is set then you will not touch offset anymore. You will then only increase Additional turbo voltage to stabilize your full load vcore.

Otherwise leave the +0.005 offset and +0.004 turbo, and run prime 95. If it fails then go into bios and increase the additional turbo voltage. Repeat this until your stable.

If Prime 95 fails, you don't want to increase offset because this will also increase your idle vcore and its already high enough as it is at 1.072.v.

The only times where you will need to increase offset, is when the idle vcore is unstable or if you have maxed out additional turbo voltage.

I would recommend running prime 95 for 6 hours minimum

I've set the offset to +0.005 and turo to 0.004, and 0.004 seems to be stable. Then i also lowered the offset to -0.020, which seems to be the max negative value i can run. Tested with prime 95 and on full load i have a vcore of 1.248V (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/18993865/Screenshot/4.4%20-%20Load.png), on idle the vcore drops down to 1.048 (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/18993865/Screenshot/4.4%20-%20Idle.png).
Do you think this is ok or do i need to change something else?
BTW i also tried to go up to 4.5GHz, but with offset of +0.005 and turbo to 0.004 i couldn't even start windows (BSOD on startup).. should i stop to 4.4Ghz?
Also, just a curiosity: i heard that the safe vcore on full load for 3570K is under 1.200.. is that true or not?

Max vcore is 1.52v but majority of people stay under 1.4v. Temps look great BTW

Try the -0.020 offset and the +0.004 turbo with the 44 multi. Let prime 95 run until it fails or a worker stops. Then just increase additional turbo voltage and run P95 again. As you increase additional turbo voltage you will see your full load vcore slowly increase in CPU-z . Your idle of 1.048v will not increase since you are not adjusting offset.
