I need a cpu cooler and I have a budget around $80, I can get either one right now for within my price range. I'm looking for reliability and cooling.

Personal recommendation would be the seidon, if you can fit it in your case

NH-D14 is more reliable, quieter and cools just as well.. If fan fails system still works and fan is easily replaced.

CLC pump is always humming along at 24dBA and if it fails your CPU has no cooling until you replace the cooler.

And quietness? Then a big air cooler.

Thanks for all the replies. I ended up going with phantek's 14pe. I probably should of gone with seidan, but I was afraid of failure.

You wont be disappointed. I own one and I can safely say you made the right choice.

Newegg has a good price on the Seidon 240 ($70 after MIR). You can always add more fans / shrouds if you want also.
