Thread Starter
I am wondering what a good water cooling setup for a beginner would be? I have no experience in WC at all or even know where to start but i know there has to be guides on here some where i am just wondering if there is a Beginner setup that would be easier to a beginner to set up and learn as i go and move up to a better one later one. Thank you in advance

I was in your shoes about 6 months ago and I went with a Swiftech H220 water cooling closed loop

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835108183

It offers a strong pump and you can expand on this unit to add a gpu.
The nice thing about this closed loop is that it requires almost zero maintenance (i.e. don't have to clean the loop for a few years)
I personally added 2x 240mm radiators (UT60) and 2 GPU waterblocks to the loop.
Although I wish the temps on my cpu was a bit better the H220 unit works well

tons of info on it here

I you plan on doing serious overclocking of cpu and gpus then I would go flat out with a custom loop
