Help with overclocking on A55M P33

hello, i have A8 - 3870k and i've tried overclocking it a bit just to see how it fares

problem is, highest stable overclock is only 3.2 Ghz on this board

i cannot raise base clock at all or my monitor gets no signal and i have to reset CMOS and highest working multiplier is 32

since this is a cheap board and has no voltage options i suppose that this just might be it and it's not possible to overclock more?

or am i doing something wrong

You didn't mention the board model. Which one do you have?

Oops, sorry, didn't see that.

You guessed it, that board won't be able to overclock more. I do not recommend overclocking on it due to the poor VRM phase design. It's bot healthy for the board. The phase design is probably the main factor why you can't get a better overclock on it anyway.
