I don't remember seeing target usage specified by the OP. Besides, I was just answering NinjaSushi's question. Even if you don't have a dedicated file server or NAS, the Reds work pretty nicely as bulk local storage for media that don't require fast access times. The way I have my builds set-up, I've got a big enough SSD for all OS+apps+games and if necessary, add a 5200-5900RPM drive for downloads, music, movies, etc.
For the price/performance/capacity, both the 7200.14 1TB and WD10EZEX offers best value. It's practically a coin-toss between the two. Personally, I'd go with the manufacturer with longer warranty and better RMA.
