YAY i did it!
It was the something to do with the jumpers. My Mainboard has 2 sets of pins for usb 2.0 front panel ports and this is what i did. Before i had my Armor JR i had my generic case and i connected the front usb ports the same way i did with the Armor JR, but then i realised my old generic case had usb 1.1 ports in the front panel.

This was how i set it up before.

This is my set up now.

KEY:
Rectangles: the connector from the front usb port.
dots: pins on the mainboard.

I had to sign up with this site just to confirm:

This fix DOES work, and is confirmed to fix the USB lockup issue on MSI 915PL Neo-V motherboards. The cause of the problem is most definately the cables not being plugged in right.

Currently I work for an IT company local to me. And I had a customer system here with the exact same issue. It had nothing to do with the case since the customer's PC was custom but did not even use the armor/jr cases.

I just wanted to confirm that this fix does work as stated by ENTERPRISE.
