Well I received the new BIOS chip the other day and switched it out with the old one. This particular motherboard had two bios chips, one attached to the board and another that fits in a slot (similar to how the CPU goes in) there is two little "doors" and inside is the BIOS chip, i just had to remove the old one, slot the new one in correctly and turn a switch and it worked fine. Had to reset CMOS as well but was a very easy fix.
