Assuming you didn't use the EK coolant concentrate provided with the kit: The blue looks like patina and may indicate a severe chemical reaction, did you (or can you) check the pH levels of your coolant?
The fittings looks like they have taken a beating, indeed. Wonder what that dust in the res might be, usually it's leeched plasticizer from the tubing (this is the main reason we go with EPDM instead of Clear tubing). If it's an older type of Primochill (LRT not LRT Advanced) that just might be it.
As I've said, contact our support and we will replace the whole kit for you.
The flakes in the res where nickel that came off of the fittings. I don't want to blame the tubing, The guys at frozen said they use it and they recommended it to me and told me it would work well with my setup. That is water over the dam at this point, Both those issues have been addressed and fixed. The issue is the parts keep failing one after another. Like I said. First it was the fittings corroded, then the pump issue (No fault?) and now the radiator. Whats next? The block? The res? I am just a little concerned and I don't want my rig the be dead in a months time because of a failed part.
I do know the risks in water cooling. I have owned plenty of loops before. But none have ever failed at such a rapid pace as this particular setup has. Thats the point I was making. And I do appreciate the responses from EK (you) it is good to see and is helpful.
