GTX 780 voltage increase

Thread Starter
Hey guys,

Im going to try getting my 780s at 1150mhz core stable. This needs some voltage increase. However, why does my boostclock also increase when increasing my voltage above +13mv? I dont see the point of increasing voltage if its doing that.

can someone give me an answer?

thanks!

Lower your gpu clock offset by a bit to compensate with extra voltage. alternatively you can use custom bios which disables boost 2.0, and you can use fixed core clock and voltage to desired point.
