1st Place: Koolance FAN-12038HBK and FAN-12025HBK - 120x38 and 120x25 2600rpm dual ball bearing motor fans with 117cfm/6.33mmH2O and 106cfm/5.4mmH2O respectively, and $8-10 a piece
Frankly, for the money, I have never seen or used a better fan. I run the 38 and 25, full speed, in push pull on rads (25's P-P on UT60 240 w 20mm shrouds on push and 7mm on pull; 38's in P-P on BIX 480 w same shrouds). No other fan can move as much air through the dense rads with such a low noise level, at least of the hundreds I've owned.
I am still astonished that a manufacturer branded fan can be so great, but it is.
Those Koolance fans by the way are deltas. Just OEM ones
And to be frank i'm already very happy with my FFB1212VHE for anything. Throw me a Black Ice GTX (the 60mm ones) and it will still handle it no problem
Best part i bought it for 3$ and it was basically brand new
I still vote FFB1212VHE as the most balanced best 120mm fan. It is quite heavy though and i know the PWM versions won't tick when undervolted but be careful they will vibrate a 0.8mm SECC case violently. Yup. Delta power
152CFM @ 53dB ... Man .... at only 3200rpm.
The Rev.C AFB1212SHEs are fantastic
