Case Mod to have excess PSU length stick out the back of 550d.

I just got an evbot for my 2 780 classifieds and the voltages easily push my 860i PSU into 1000+ watts! I have a AX1200i that is in the mail. The problem is that the AX1200i is much longer than the AX860i, so I won't be able to keep my beloved 140mm fan below my GPUs. If I could push 3-4 cm of the AX1200i out of the back of the case, my problems would be solved. My other option is to remove the fan build a watercooling setup for the classifieds. However, I really cant afford to do that right now, so maybe a little casemod might be a cheaper solution!

Are there premade psu extenders out there? Could I just cut out the existing case metal blocking the psu and install an extender of some sort?

Any ideas?

Thanks!!

So I found this: http://www.amazon.com/Lian-Li-PE-01B-Supply-Extender/dp/B005NKPH4G/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

Now I guess i need some sort of saw to remove the back psu area of the case? Can anyone recommend the best way to do this, and with what?

THanks!
