where that red arrow is pointing to, is the main switcher for the PSU - it'll run hot, and sometimes the surrounding panel will look brown or stained from heat damaged. The caps all look good, so barring any connection problem with the flat ribbon, (the one at the top of the board) or at the back of the LCD panel, its either the video board or LCD that packed up.
