USB Issues with Dual Boot

Thread Starter
I got around to setting up Vista (32) and 7(64) on my new PC and none of my USB ports work when I start Vista normally, they do work if I force shutdown and boot into Vista again. I had been using Vista up until I setup 7 last night. Anyone have any idea what's up with this? Thanks to anyone that helps.
